Twin Cities Reptiles Return Policy

At Twin Cities Reptiles, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window:

We accept returns within 30 days of the product’s shipping date.

Return Conditions:

Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will initiate a reimbursement for the cost of the items (excluding original shipping charges). Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days after we confirm the item meets the return conditions.
