VE HUMI-SHIELD

The Humi-Shield is a heavy-duty silicone mat designed to cover your screen-top cage for improved humidity retention. Made of fire-retardant silicone, this mat measures 48" x 24" and includes cut lines for 36" x 18" cages, as well as for popular T5 fluorescent and LED fixtures and 5.5"/8" dome lamps (Arcadia, Vivarium Electronics, and more).  Fits all of our VE Sliding Door Cages as well as other popular brands.

Cut lines are provided on one side to help you customize your Humi-Shield mat with any sharp knife or scissors, and the Humi-Shield mat is fully customizable for any cage up to 24" x 48". You can also go freestyle and cut multiple mats for multiple cages.  Works with our VE heat panel mounting strips as well.  Cover them easily OR really seal things up by making screw holes in the Humi-Shield mat.  We like to cover them up- Looks much cleaner! 

The other side features a gloss black finish for a clean, attractive appearance.  Cut it to your needs and flip it over!

This mat is 2 mm thick and heavy, allowing it to lay flat on your cage immediately and seal in humidity. Once you feel the quality, you will know this is not a flimsy, cheap mat—cover your cage with the best!
